Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise. During high-volume periods (holidays, restocks, sales), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when your order leaves our studio.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Please note that shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest or transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays or staffing shortages
- Customs processing (for international orders)
We appreciate your understanding and patience if your package is affected by any of these conditions.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim.
Shipping Costs
We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:
- $5.00 flat-rate shipping on all orders up to $100.00
- Free shipping on orders $100.00 and over
Shipping fees are applied automatically at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges determined by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary and may be delayed by customs procedures.
