Your safety and enjoyment are important to us. Please review the following care instructions and safety notices before using our candles and wax melts. Following these guidelines helps ensure optimal performance and safe use.

Candle Care & Safety

Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn candles for longer than 4 hours at a time.
Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch to promote a clean, even flame and minimize soot.
Allow the wax to melt completely to the edge of the vessel during each burn to prevent tunneling and ensure even use.
Discontinue use if the flame becomes too high or if the wick requires frequent trimming.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets at all times.

Dust Cover Safety Notice

Some candle products may be shipped with a paper dust cover for protection during storage and transit.
Paper dust covers must be removed and discarded before lighting the candle.
Paper is flammable and should never be burned.
Failure to remove packaging materials prior to use may result in fire or injury.

Wax Melt & Wax Warmer Care

Use wax melts only with an approved wax melt warmer designed for wax melts.
Do not add water or any other substances to melted wax.
Place wax warmers on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects.
Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
Allow wax to cool completely before removing or changing scents.
Keep wax melts and warmers out of reach of children and pets.
