Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is your processing time for orders? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Processing time does not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

2. I just placed my order — when will I receive it? Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping (within the U.S.): – Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

3. Oh no! I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do? Don’t panic! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually update the address. → Immediately email us at info@lunargypsylight.com or reply to your order confirmation email with your correct address and order number. The sooner you contact us (ideally within 1 hour of placing the order), the better chance we have of fixing it before it ships. Once the order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address, and you’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees if the package needs to be redirected or returned.

4. When will my order ship? You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our warehouse (usually within 1–3 business days after placing your order).

5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website and view order status anytime.

6. I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do? Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@lunargypsylight.com with your name and approximate order time, and we’ll resend it right away.

7. My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t get my package — help! First, check around your property, with neighbors, or any safe location your carrier might leave packages. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
