Christmas in July: A Little Spark(le) in the Middle of Summer

Summer always has a funny way of moving too fast.

One minute we're celebrating Independence Day, watching fireworks light up the evening sky, and enjoying backyard cookouts. The next minute, the stores quietly begin filling with pumpkins (yes, I’ve already purchased Halloween deco)...and somehow Christmas doesn't seem all that far away.

This year feels especially meaningful as we celebrate America's 250th birthday. It's a reminder that traditions—whether they're national celebrations or the simple comfort of lighting a favorite candle—have a way of connecting us across seasons and generations.

So why not lean into another tradition that's become surprisingly fun...

A Sneak Peek at the Holidays

This month, I'm introducing a very limited release that has been quietly burning its way through my test sessions.

Meet Ember & Spice.

Housed in a beautiful 6 oz gold bubble tin, this candle captures that first feeling of walking into a warm home on a cold winter evening.

You'll notice notes of:

• Cinnamon
• Clove
• Nutmeg
• Juniper
• Soft, sweet musk

The result is a fragrance that's warm, inviting, and just a little nostalgic without being overpowering.

In fact, during testing, I had to dial back the fragrance load because it filled the room so well! That's exactly why every candle goes through multiple rounds of testing before it ever reaches the shop. I want it to smell amazing while still burning beautifully.

Available Only Through July

Ember & Spice is available only through July 31 for $22.00.

After that, it heads back to the shelf to wait for the holiday season patiently.

I love releasing small seasonal collections because they make each candle feel a little more special. Once July ends, this little spark disappears until Christmas returns.

Summer may still be in full swing—and trust me, here in Arizona we're definitely feeling it—but there's something comforting about slowing down for a few moments with a favorite scent, even if it reminds us of cooler days ahead.
